  Had heard good things about this place. I get that the prices are reasonable. I get that you might get full. If you get anything other than a burger, you should probably go elsewhere. We waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone took our order (with two women milling back and forth at the counter doing everything but looking at us or acknowledging our presence). This was at 3:45 in the afternoon. Not terribly busy. We waited 45 minutes for our food. No one offered us refills on our drinks and we ended up getting back in line at the counter for refills. My son's cheeseburger was good sized and flavorful, but there was so much mustard slathered on it (actually running off the bun before he touched it) that he couldn't eat it, so I swapped him my shrimp Po'boy, and boy,was this boy poor. Generally, shrimp Po'boys come overflowing with shrimp to the point you end up eating half of the shrimp on the plate. This was small, had about 12 tiny shrimp in it (actually had to open the bun to even see any shrimp, which barely covered two-thirds of the bun) and was completely unremarkable in every way aside from its diminutive portion. Both sandwiches came with a good portion of fries, which were crinkle cut (does anyone actually like crinkle cut?), slightly undercooked and lacking salt. My daughter opted for one of the daily specials, a bowl of chili. If you have chili on the menu and you are putting it out there as a special, at least make it in-house. Armour chili from a can beat out this stuff, which apparently came out of an industrial can from Sysco. I was not expecting fine dining, but this place was on par with an old-timey high school cafeteria. And don't even go in the bathroom...
